Special Issue Description
The practice of mental health nursing, commonly referred to as psychiatric nursing, is a specialist area of nursing that deals with providing care to people who have mental health disorders to aid in their recovery and enhance their quality of life. People of any age, racial or ethnic background, or financial condition can develop the mental disease. Because of this, a mental health nurse may encounter a wide range of people from varied social and economic backgrounds. The role of a Mental Health Nurse is to establish trusting bonds with those who seek out mental health assistance, as well as with their loved ones and caregivers. These are some important qualities for a Psychiatric Nurse: problem-solving, good judgment, offering advice, observational, interpersonal communication, and psychosocial. We invite you to submit your research on industrial nurses, health, and safety initiatives for the international journal of community health nursing in this special edition.
