Renewing Your Subscription

When to Renew
To avoid any disruption in your access, we recommend renewing your subscription at least 30 days before the expiration date. You can find your subscription expiration date in your account dashboard or on your latest subscription invoice.
How to Renew
We offer multiple convenient methods to renew your subscription:
Online Renewal
- 1Log in to your STM Subscribers' Dashboard.
- 2Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.
- 3Select the subscription(s) you wish to renew.
- 4Click on "Renew Now" and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Renewal by Mail
- 1Download the Subscription Renewal Form.
- 2Fill in the required details.

Renewal by Phone
- 1Call our Subscription Services at +91-120-178-1211 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST, Monday through Saturday.
- 2Have your subscription details ready for a swift renewal process.

Subscription Renewal Reminders

Postal Reminders
If you prefer physical mail, we send:
- Renewal Notices : Mailed 45 days before expiration.
- Final Notices : Mailed on the expiration date.
Claims for Missing Issues

Eligibility for Claims
- Claims must be made within 6 months of the publication date.
- Applicable for subscribers with active and fully paid subscriptions.
- Not applicable for issues lost due to incorrect address information.
How to Submit a Claim
Online Claim Submission
- 1Log in to your STM Subscribers' Dashboard.
- 2Go to the "Ticket" section.
- 3Provide details for the missing issue(s).
- 4Submit your claim.
Claim by Email
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name and subscription number.
- Journal title and missing issue details (volume, issue number)
- Current mailing address
Claim by Phone
- Call +91-120-178-1211 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST.
Processing Time
- Claims are processed within 5 business days.
- Replacement issues are shipped via standard delivery.
- International deliveries may take longer due to customs and postal services.
