Abstract

The work examines modern nanoformulations used for enhancing targeted drug delivery systems that simultaneously produce better therapeutic effects with reduced adverse effects. The pharmaceutical industry achieved deliverable drug development progress through diverse nanocarrier innovation which encompasses liposomes and nanoparticles and dendrimers and micelles. Tissue and cell-based directed delivery becomes possible via this technology to enhance the management of neurological disorders and cancer diseases. The investigation analyzes different nanoformulations by reviewing their functions and clinical adaptation patterns and hurdles and potential technologies for TDDS.

Keywords: Targeted Drug Delivery, Nanoparticles, Liposomes, Cancer Treatment and Controlled Release with Therapeutic Efficacy feature in this analysis.
