Abstract
This article investigates the potential impact of integrated digital management tools on workforce productivity in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). While digital transformation is widely recognized as a key driver of productivity, SMEs face unique implementation challenges including resource constraints, workforce technical capabilities, and cultural adaptation. We examine how unified digital tools could affect individual and organizational productivity across attendance management, inventory control, communication, and administrative functions through a simulation study based on the WorkWiz integrated management system. Our proposed productivity measurement framework quantifies potential improvements across multiple dimensions, including administrative task time reduction, communication efficiency, and inventory management. The research suggests that integration across business functions may yield significantly higher productivity gains than siloed digital solutions, with unified notification systems and cross-functional workflows likely serving as critical productivity drivers. The study provides a theoretical framework for understanding productivity impact mechanisms in integrated systems and offers implementation guidelines for maximizing productivity benefits in SME digital transformation initiatives.
