Abstract

A pilot study was conducted to develop and evaluate the Effectiveness of RMC Interventions on knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Nurses and Maternal Perception about RMC among Mothers attending Maternity Units of selected Hospitals of Chandigarh. Quasi- Experimental research design was used to collect data from Nurses and Post test only design was used to collect data from Mothers. 10 % of final study sample was selected for Pilot study i.e. 6 Nurses and 6 mothers (3 in each control and experimental group) working in selected Hospitals of Chandigarh. Total enumerative sampling was used to select sample for the study. Data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics at p0.005). Additionally, On Post test 2, Attitude score of Nurses with perception of Mother was having statistically significant high positive correlation (r=0.945) (p>0.005)
