Abstract
Artificial Intelligence is transforming education by delivering customized learning pathways that align with each learner’s unique abilities and areas for improvement. Traditional teaching often struggles to meet individual needs; however, AI-powered systems analyze learning patterns in real time, ensuring customized lessons. Virtual tutors and AI chatbots provide instant feedback and 24/7 support, improving comprehension. Gamified learning, along with augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), makes education more interactive and fun. AI-powered tools track how students are doing and provide help where it’s needed most. It also supports students with disabilities through features like speech-to-text, real- time translation, and content that adapts to their needs. Predictive tools help teachers spot students who may be falling behind so they can step in and give support early. Teachers benefit from AI automation in grading, scheduling, and classroom management, freeing time for mentoring and personalized instruction. Despite its benefits, the integration of AI in education poses challenges such as data privacy risks, algorithm biases, and limitations in digital infrastructure. Ethical implementation is crucial to ensure fairness and inclusivity in learning. AI also plays a key role in lifelong learning, adapting to career growth and skill development. However, teachers remain irreplaceable for providing emotional support, creativity, and moral guidance. AI should serve as a support for educators, not a substitute. When used wisely, it can make learning more personalized, interactive, and inclusive for every student. The future of education is intelligent, student- centred, and inclusive.
