Abstract

‘]

In recent years, drones have become indispensable tools across various industries, thanks to their versatility and wide-ranging applications. The fabrication of drones is a complex process that integrates multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical design, electrical systems, aerodynamics, and software development. The meticulous design of the drone’s frame, taking into account factors such as weight, durability, and aerodynamic efficiency, marks the commencement of the fabrication process. The paper presented a comprehensive design and implementation of the drone, employing intricate designing and mathematical calculations. The frame design incorporates strategically positioned mounting points for components such as motors, propellers, and payload systems. Following the mechanical design phase, the integration of electrical systems becomes pivotal. The crucial flight controller provides stabilization and control algorithms, empowering the drone to maintain stable flight and respond efficiently to user inputs. Similarly, the power distribution board ensures seamless power delivery to all connected components, while motor controllers govern the speed and direction of the motors. Drones rely on wireless communication protocols to establish a robust connection between the drone and the ground control station, facilitating real-time data transmission, remote control operation, and telemetry feedback. Moreover, these drones can be equipped with advanced sensors like gyroscopes and accelerometers, significantly enhancing their navigation capabilities and enabling a wide array of applications including aerial mapping, surveillance, and delivery services.
