        Special Issue Description

Facilities that assist social services are built and maintained as part of social infrastructure. These can include housing, education (schools, universities, and student housing), and healthcare (medical facilities and auxiliary infrastructure). This includes things like housing, drinking water supply, medical care, sanitation, and education. The social foundation of an economy is made up of all of them. These assets aid in an economy’s human resource development. For the nation to have quicker economic growth and less poverty, infrastructure is crucial. The right infrastructure, comprising functional ports, airports, railways, and roadways, is necessary for the Indian economy to integrate with other economies across the world. Through the continuing growth of three-dimensional and inclusive community activities, resource allocation, and the development of people’s abilities and confidence to act, the rural social infrastructure should enable the establishment of sustainable communities. A nation’s economic development and the development of society’s quality of life are both influenced by social infrastructure. By providing essential facilities and services that enable enterprises to thrive and prosper, social infrastructure improves social wellbeing and supports economic progress.
