        Special Issue Description

        This special issue aims to showcase the latest advances in manufacturing techniques and their application in machine design. With the advent of new materials, processes, and technologies, there is a growing need to explore innovative manufacturing techniques that can lead to the development of high-performance machines with enhanced functionalities. This special issue invites original research articles, reviews, and case studies that highlight the use of advanced manufacturing techniques such as laser cutting, additive manufacturing, micro- and nano-manufacturing, and hybrid manufacturing for machine design. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to share their latest findings and insights into the use of advanced manufacturing techniques in machine design, intending to advance the state-of-the-art in this field.
