        Special Issue Description

Your physical, mental, and social well-being can be significantly enhanced by a nutritious diet. Although the specifics can vary, such a diet typically emphasizes wholesome, nutrient-dense foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seafood. Additionally, it should give you enough calories without being excessive and, ideally, satisfaction. A balanced diet lowers the risk of chronic diseases in children and promotes healthy growth and development. A healthy diet can give you the energy you need to complete a race or simply take part in a leisurely sport or activity. When you do not consume enough calories, you are more likely to feel fatigued and perform poorly while engaging in sports. Carbohydrates. People who follow a nutritious diet live longer and are less likely to develop significant health issues including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity. In this special edition, we invite you to submit your research findings for the international journal of Pediatric Nursing, which focuses on nutrition, diet, and the physical well-being of a child’s health.
