        Special Issue Description

Infant mortality is defined as a child dying before turning one. The number of newborn deaths for every 1,000 live births is known as the infant mortality rate. The infant mortality rate is a significant indicator of the general health of a society in addition to providing us with valuable information on maternal and baby health. Some causes of infant mortality rate are birth flaws, Low birth weight and premature birth, and Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) difficulties during pregnancy. Preventions can be done by: Vaccinate infants when they are old enough, Information on breastfeeding benefits and well-baby care should be provided, Inform parents not to expose young children to secondhand smoke, Encourage parents to put their babies to sleep on their backs. We invite you to submit your research findings for consideration in this special issue, which will primarily include topics related to childbirth, pregnancy, and the condition of the female reproductive system.
