[This article belongs to Special Issue A Study Of The Fabrication The Uses Of Mems Photoconductive Pressure Sensors under section rtecs, rtecs in (rtecs, rtecs)]

        Special Issue Description

Industries have a great need for quicker and easier ways to measure pressure. Due to their lightweight and compact design, MEMS piezoelectric pressure sensors can satisfy the claim. The measuring of pressure is only applicable to certain applications. If the right sensor is chosen, it is possible to reduce the number of steps needed to construct the MEMs sensor. Depending on the design of the piezoelectric material, the form of the diaphragm, the type of material used as the diaphragm, and the static characteristics of the temperature sensor, such as awareness, accuracy, and accuracy, it can be used to detect the temperature at various roles. This article analyses a variety of photoconductive sensor characteristics. The photoconductive effect is the basis for the sensitivity of the pressure sensor. The diaphragm can be designed using COMSOL multi-physics system.

        Manuscript Submission information

Manuscripts should be submitted online by registering and logging in to this link. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed.
Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent on email address:[email protected] for announcement on this website.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page.
