Abstract
In the 21st century, the convergence of interactive health care and innovative approaches to herbal healing has transformed the landscape of holistic health management. This paper explores the integration of digital technologies, such as telemedicine and mobile health applications, with traditional herbal practices to enhance patient engagement and personalized care. The growing interest in herbal medicine, driven by increasing awareness of natural remedies and a desire for complementary treatment options, underscores the need for a more interactive and patient-centered approach to health care.Interactive health care emphasizes communication and collaboration between patients and providers, enabling individuals to take an active role in their health decisions. Digital platforms facilitate access to information on herbal remedies, allowing patients to explore treatment options, understand potential benefits and risks, and engage in informed discussions with health care professionals. This democratization of knowledge promotes greater adherence to treatment plans and fosters a sense of empowerment among patients.
