Abstract
Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj (MVPS) has periodic health check-ups for the students and teachers, however, traditional paper-based records systems are prone to inefficiencies, data loss and administrative overhead. To resolve this issue, a Student Health Record System that is digital in nature is proposed which ensures up-to-the-minute security and management of health information. The system is built with JavaScript, XML, Fire base and offers role-based access for administrators, doctors, interns, and parents. In addition, each student is provided with a unique ID to facilitate easy retrieval of their records. Health forms are categorized to make the collection of data easier and an AI image analysis tool aids in the diagnosis of their visible conditions as well as treatment suggestions. With respect to parent module, automated health updates with regards to their child’s health condition are delivered through SMS ensuring timely communication. Moreover, a real time dashboard improves the way data is presented providing better understanding of trends in student health. The system focuses on privacy and access restriction to data and ensures optimal efficiency under external security standards. Health record digitization improves the management of healthcare work, makes it more accessible and provides a scalable solution for educational agencies.
