Abstract
The study of nutrition, gut health, and immune function is fast changing and has major implications for disease prevention and management. A varied microbiome in the gut regulates immune responses. A balanced diet with fiber, polyphenols, and important nutrients maintains a healthy gut flora, which regulates immune function and inflammation. Dysbiosis, an imbalance in the gut microbiota, is connected to autoimmune, allergic, and inflammatory bowel illnesses. New research reveals that antioxidant-rich and omega-3-fatty acid-rich diets can boost immunity and lower infection risk. This study examines how nutrition affects gut microbiota composition and immune system regulation, emphasizing the necessity of a balanced, nutrient-rich diet for immunological health. Dietary changes may prevent or treat immune-related illnesses, presenting a promising immunology therapy route.
