Abstract
nPlastic has revolutionized the world with its lightweight and strong properties, making it indispensable in daily life. We interact with plastic objects countless times each day. Scientific advancements have yielded considerable advantages, yet they are accompanied by notable drawbacks, particularly concerning plastic. The harmful effects of plastic are profound, posing a serious environmental threat. Failure to enforce control measures could lead to catastrophic consequences from plastic pollution. Frequently, insufficient awareness is the root cause of improper plastic disposal, particularly among rural populations lacking adequate education on its environmental impacts. This ignorance leads to plastics being discarded carelessly, which in turn, causes various health issues for humans and animals. When plastic waste accumulates in the soil, it decreases crop productivity and contributes to natural disasters like floods and soil erosion. Animals and birds often ingest plastic, leading to fatal blockages in their digestive systems. Plastic pollution also endangers marine life. Educating the public about the harmful effects of plastic waste can help mitigate these problems through strategies like reducing, reusing, and recycling plastic materials. By raising awareness and promoting responsible plastic use, we can protect the environment and preserve it for future generations
