Abstract
The PG Life management system marks a major improvement in managing affordable housing, hotels, and dining options for postgraduate students. The platform integrates tools, task management, and learning resources to increase productivity and reduce stress associated with academic success. PG Life offers a user-friendly platform with flexible features, supporting college students in maintaining academic integrity and success. Its focus on transparency and clear communication improves the hotel guest experience, fosters trust between managers and guests, and establishes a new benchmark for business excellence. The introduction of PG Life marks a significant step in addressing fragmented management and challenges. In a highly inefficient hotel industry, PG Life integrates advanced technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, PHP, and MySQL, creating a versatile platform capable of hosting a variety of services. This study underlines the urgent need for these solutions to improve management processes, improve communication lines and solve complex booking processes. Challenges include fragmented management, lack of instant messaging, complex booking process, ineffective customer service and limited booking options. PG Life addresses these issues by streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, boosting revenue, fostering better communication, enabling data-driven decisions, and offering both flexibility and adaptability. The approach includes requirements analysis, design planning, technology selection, development, analysis and delivery. PG Life delivers solutions designed to improve performance and user experience by prioritizing the needs of managers, owners and customers.
