Abstract
This study proposes a model designed to save both time and cost for individuals seeking convenient access to a variety of services. In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, people often require quick and reliable solutions that can be tailored to their immediate needs. Our approach focuses on delivering multiple on-demand services that can cater to both individuals and businesses, ensuring that essential tasks are completed efficiently and on time in many emerging markets. Several business models have successfully introduced hyperlocal service systems, offering region-specific services such as ride-hailing, food delivery, and vehicle repair. These services are collectively known as “hyperlocal service providers”. The model we present builds on these foundations but extends further by integrating a wide range of services under a single platform. By doing so, users gain access to a one-stop solution rather than relying on separate providers for different needs Although such models are growing in popularity and acceptance, they also face significant challenges, particularly in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring service provider reliability. Nevertheless, the impact of these models on modern lifestyles is undeniable, as they continue to reshape the way daily tasks are managed, ultimately contributing to greater convenience and efficiency.
