Abstract
The next stage of industrialization, known as Industry 6.0, is centered on developing intelligent, fully integrated manufacturing systems that require little human involvement. India is in a perfect position to become a major player in the sector 6.0 ecosystem, thanks to its robust technological infrastructure, fast expanding economy, and large talent pool. It blends big data, cloud computing energy, human-robot interaction, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. The main aim of the study is to know the role of AI-driven automation in shaping human roles and productivity, and to identify strategies for effective human-machine collaboration for a sustainable industrial future. The research gap is still unresolved. Hence industry 6.0 is in growing discussions so it requires more research. ANOVA & Mode are the tool which is used for the study. It has been found out that humans remain essential for strategic decision-making, creative problem-solving, and ethical oversight so AI Enhances, but it cannot replace Human Roles. It was also suggested that Continuous education and training programs are crucial for employees to stay relevant in AI-integrated workplaces so the workforce are in the need to reskilling & upskilling. And finally for Effective human-AI collaboration in Industry 6.0 it requires some factors like redefining job role, developing training program and enhancing sustainability by optimizing resource use through AI.
Keywords: AI-driven automation, effective human-machine collaboration, reskilling & upskilling, developing training program and enhancing sustainability.
