Abstract

nThis project presents the design and implementation of a compact and low-cost GPS tracking system using the A9G module. The system is capable of tracking real-time location, sending emergency alerts, and providing audio surveillance. It includes an SOS button that, when pressed, immediately sends the user’s current GPS location via SMS to a predefined phone number. Additionally, the system allows remote audio monitoring through a microphone connected to the A9G module, which can automatically answer incoming calls. The system integrates real-time location tracking, an emergency SOS alert feature, and remote audio monitoring. Controlled by a microcontroller, the device communicates via AT commands and operates on a rechargeable battery. It is ideal for personal safety, vehicle tracking, and remote surveillance. The system sends SMS alerts with GPS coordinates when the SOS button is pressed and supports automatic call answering for live audio monitoring. The device is portable and works on battery power, making it useful for personal safety, vehicle tracking, and remote monitoring. The goal of this project is to create an affordable and reliable safety tool using simple hardware and software components. In today’s world, personal safety and asset tracking are becoming increasingly important. This project aims to develop a low-cost, portable, and multipurpose GPS tracking device using the A9G GSM/GPS module. The system is designed to offer three main features: real-time GPS tracking, an SOS emergency alert button, and a remote audio monitoring (spy) function. The system also includes an audio spy feature, where a user can call the SIM number inserted into the device. The call is automatically answered and the microphone transmits surrounding audio, allowing for real-time listening in case of security threats or surveillance needs.nn
