Abstract

The PG Life management system represents a significant advancement in the management of affordable accommodation, hotels and restaurants for postgraduate students. The platform integrates tools, task management, and learning resources to increase productivity and reduce stress associated with academic success. With its user-friendly interface and flexible options, PG Life promotes integrity and academic success by meeting the diverse needs of college students. PG Life’s emphasis on transparency and communication enhances the hotel guest experience, builds trust between managers and guests, and sets a new standard for business excellence.The launch of PG Life is an important step in solving fragmented management and problems. Inefficiencies in the hotel industry are extreme. PG Life integrates modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, PHP and MySQL, providing a versatile platform that can host different types of services. This study underlines the urgent need for these solutions to improve management processes, improve communication lines and solve complex booking processes.Challenges include fragmented management, lack of instant messaging, complex booking process, ineffective customer service and limited booking options. . PG Life solves these problems by simplifying operations, improving customer experience, increasing revenue, improving communication, making data-driven decisions, providing flexibility and flexibility.
The approach includes requirements analysis, design planning, technology selection, development, analysis and delivery. PG Life delivers solutions designed to improve performance and user experience by prioritizing the needs of managers, owners and customers.Looking forward, PG Life aims to promote sustainable development, technological advancement and expand services to set new standards in the hospitality industry. PG Life is preparing to shape the future of hotel management with the importance it attaches to customer satisfaction and innovation.
