Abstract
The rapid expansion of e-commerce is changing the way people trade, shop, and do business all over the world. This article looks at the current trends that are impacting the digital marketplace, such as the expansion of mobile commerce, social commerce, personalisation driven by artificial intelligence, and the growing importance of ethical and sustainable consumer practices. It also looks at how new technologies like augmented reality, blockchain, and the Internet of Things may improve the customer experience and make operations more efficient. The report also looks at the problems that e-commerce businesses face, such as cyber threats and problems with the supply chain, and suggests ways for them to deal with these problems. The report predicts the future of e-commerce, focussing on how advanced analytics, automation, and cross-border digital ecosystems will become more common. The results show that being flexible, coming up with new ideas, and building trust with customers will continue to be important for staying competitive in the growing e- commerce market.
