n Special Issue Descriptionn
Through this meta-analysis, studies on the intracellular transport of antimicrobial drugs will be evaluated for trend, methodological quality, and completeness. Antimicrobial resistance and infectious illness continue to pose serious risks to public health. Intracellular infections are among the numerous pathogenic organisms that are a major source of worry. These organisms can cause widespread cutaneous infections that are frequently chronic, recurring, or widespread. It’s also more likely that these diseases will develop into multidrug-resistant (MDR) or extensively drug-resistant (XDR) organisms when exposed to antibiotics repeatedly and for an extended time. It is vital to create novel methods to administer antimicrobial drugs intracellularly to eradicate these bacteria.
