Abstract
In robotics and industrial automation, there is a growing need for robotic systems that can work on their own and do tasks quickly. This research is about creating an Intelligent Robotic Arm that uses the Robot Operating System and works with a UR3 platform and an OAK-D depth camera for better vision. The Robotic Arm uses the Robot Operating System as its software, which helps it talk to its parts, move accurately, and do tasks well. With computer vision and depth sensing, the Robotic Arm can find objects, know where they are and do tasks with accuracy. The Robotic Arm can work in changing environments. Still be stable and accurate. It can do industrial tasks like picking and placing things, sorting objects, and simple assembly. The Robotic Arm uses motion planning algorithms and sensor feedback to adjust its movements in time, making it safe and efficient. The system was tested through simulation and practical testing. The results show that the Robotic Arm is scalable and adaptable, making it suitable for use in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and warehouse automation. The Robotic Arm can be used in various areas, and its ability to work well in different situations makes it a valuable tool. The Robot Operating System and OAK-D camera make the Robotic Arm smart and capable. The UR3 robotic platform and computer vision help the Robotic Arm do tasks with precision. The Robotic Arm is a system that can help in many industries.
