Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable business practices are becoming crucial components of corporate operations. Businesses are now adopting greener ways to run their businesses in order to achieve better results. The aim of this research is to investigate how sustainable business practices and Corporate Social Responsibility impact the performance of a company. The research aims to investigate how taking care of the environment, being ethical in business, and being responsible to society affects the performance of a company. In order to understand how sustainable business practices impact the performance of a company, secondary research methods were used for this research. This means checking various global reports, company sustainability reports, and research papers already published. The research concludes that companies adopting sustainable business models in their operations are likely to achieve better results in terms of company performance. In addition, the initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility are helping businesses achieve a competitive advantage through the encouragement of innovation, increased employee engagement, and the development of customer loyalty. This study has shown that sustainable business and Corporate Social Responsibility are not only the right things to do; they are also good business sense that can help businesses work well and succeed well. This study emphasizes the importance of incorporating sustainability into the basic business strategy of a company in order to obtain good results in the areas of finance, society, and the environment.
