The study was conducted by preparing the filtrate of the oyster mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus, where the effectiveness of the fungal filtrate prepared from growing the fungus in the liquid Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB) medium was selected for two different periods (14, 28 days) in inhibiting some types of fungi (Aspergillus Spp : Aspergillus niger ،Aspergillus flavus,  Aspergillus terreus ) and some types of fungi (Candida Spp:  Candida albicans ،Candida tropicalis, Candida dubliniensis). Two concentrations of the filtrates taken for two different incubation periods were prepared (the original concentration of the filtration, half concentration of it). The results showed an inhibitory effect of the oyster filtrate from the two different incubation periods on the growth of the fungal isolates used, and that the fungal filtrate prepared from the 28-day period was the most effective in producing the highest inhibitory values, with diameters ranging between (22 – 45) mm, while the diameters ranged between The inhibition resulting from the effect of the fungal filtrate prepared from the period of 14 days between (18-28) mm.

Keywords: Aspergillus niger ،Aspergillus flavus , Aspergillus terreus , Aspergillus niger ،Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus terreus
