Dental Implant Analysis Using the Wear and Hardness Testing Method
Journal of Polymer & Composites (2025), Vol. 13, Issue 05
Abstract
We will compare the number of implants from the manufacturer using either an analytical approach or a software-based approach using Minitab software regarding structural dental implants. Several factors influence a dental implant, and new bone grows. The implant surface is one of the elements that have a major impact on the quality of osteointegration. Various techniques and resources have been employed to modify an implant's surface to encourage osseointegration along with an increase in success and survival rates. Adding graphene onto an implant's surface is one such modification. This study summarises data from publications published online over the past ten gives a comprehensive assessment of the effects by adding graphene to dental implants plus discusses the several approaches that involve surface modification. The particular one which results emphasize how crucial it is to select suitable materials that can sustain sustained functional stresses without deteriorating and failing. The design and selection of dental implants are improved by this research, which also improves patient outcomes and the durability of dental restorations. 3D printing, another name for additive manufacturing, has recently attracted attention from all around the world and is growing in importance across several industries. One area of the healthcare industry where 3D printing technology is being used more and more is in the creation and application of dental implants.
