Abstract

The aim of this research work is to safeguard the infill materials, which is used inside the safety valve vent silencer. This research will help the infill materials from the wet steam and increases the life of the infill materials. The main parts of the research project are the cyclone chamber, center pipe. This cyclone separator drains the condensate through the lower part of the silencer and the steam releases vertically top side direction. The working Principle of this Cyclone separator is completely founded on “Centrifugal Force” procedure. Because of the centrifugal force the dry steam releases vertically upwards and the dry steam which is smidgen weighted than dry Steam so consequently it is released through channel pipe.
