Abstract
Agriculture is an important part of the Indian economy, but many farmers still face difficulties in getting loans from formal financial institutions on time and at affordable rates. FinTech has developed as a useful digital solution for improving financial access through services such as mobile banking, online loans, and digital payments. This study focuses on how FinTech adoption can help farmers get agricultural credit more easily. It examines the role of digital literacy, awareness of FinTech services, ease of use, trust, and government support in the adoption of digital financial services. A descriptive research design was used, and primary data were collected from 140 farmers through a structured questionnaire. The findings suggest that FinTech makes formal credit more accessible by making financial services faster, clearer, and easier to use. However, low digital knowledge, weak internet facilities, and concerns about online security still create difficulties for wider adoption. The study concludes that improving digital infrastructure, increasing financial awareness, and strengthening government support can encourage greater FinTech adoption and contribute to sustainable agricultural finance and rural development.
