Abstract
Human race has steadily evolved over past centuries. Development of new technology, vigorous research, consistent efforts, indomitable will to find solutions for the problems, are the key factors to shape our future in way that everyone gets safe, secure and satisfactory life. Construction industries provides basic but most valuable service or product or we can say that construction industries fulfill the basic needs of individual and group of people by providing house (Residential Buildings) or structures like Industrial Buildings in exchange of money or fund. New development in construction industries can greatly affect the day to day life of every human being as in the sense of economy, safety and pacing of construction. In early 20 century metal buildings have helps humankind to make it through the fierce world war II era & in the early days of Industrial revolution. PEB is modern day solution for all the lacking structural aspects of conventional building construction. In this paper study has carried out of previous research done by other author on PEB structures. Some individual have mentioned in their paper that how PEB is practical to save money & time as compared to CSB. While other have explored the comparison between PEB & CSB and their results like deflection, quantity of steel required, seismic analysis and much more. CSB and PEB have same core concepts of structural frame work, only difference is that PEB structure’s components, parts are fabricated in industry or shop according to structural design and then assembled at site. While CSB structures are built by old way by constructing with available section in market, as of core frame work of industrial buildings there are two types 1) Building for short span consist of a frame made of continuous or double cantilevered girders over the columns. 2) Industrial building consist of steel structures supported on columns. Most of the author have used Staad Pro. Software for designing and analysis purposes.
