Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) has promised a world of interrelated devices, generating vast amounts of data. Traditionally, IoT systems trusted on preprogrammed procedures and human intervention to process data and make decisions. This approach often struggled to hold the sheer size and density of IoT data, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities. However, the true budding of that data lies not simply in its collection, but in its interpretation and application. The introduction of AI algorithms changes this paradigm. This is where Artificial Intelligence (AI) steps in, transmuting raw data streams into tortious insights and enabling intelligent decision-making within IoT ecosystems. This study explores how AI is driving a revolution in IoT, empowering systems to become more efficient, autonomous, and responsive. AI enables independent decision-making grounded on real-time data analysis. This allows IoT systems to react quickly to changing conditions, optimizing performance and reducing response times. By learning from user behavior and preferences, AI can tailor IoT services and experiences to individual needs, creating personalized and engaging user experience. AI algorithms can optimize resource allocation and rationalize processes, prominent to improved scalability and reduced operational costs for IoT deployments. The applications of AI-driven IoT are vast and span across numerous industries.
