Abstract

nThe product of Kalka Kalpana, one of the five essential ayurvedic medicinal preparations, is vati Kalpana. Because of its many advantages, such as its tasty nature, ease of administration, ease of dispensing, and ease of transportation, vati kalpana is a vital part of the ayurvedic formulation. A pharmaceutical technique called vati kalpana uses powder of unprocessed medications (herbal or herbo minerals) and is triturated using juice, honey, or kassayam, and the resulting medications are made into pills or tablets. Standardization is the process of establishing and approving technical standards. This standardization procedure includes thorough inspections of the end product, inprocess standardization, and raw drug collecting. It is concluded with various analytical tests.
An Ayurvedic treatment meant to strengthen immunity. The report describes the process, which includes stability tests, physicochemical characterisation, microbiological analysis, and ingredient selection based on Ayurvedic principles. Initial findings show a well-formulated product with desired qualities and microbiological safety. Further clinical validation is necessary to fully validate the potential of Vyadhikshamatva Giloy Ghanvati as an immunomodulatory treatment, as suggested by this research. Traditional Ayurvedic compound with a rich heritage of immune- boosting capabilities is Vyadhikshamatva Giloy Ghanvati. A carefully formulated synergistic blend of Giloy extract and supportive materials was developed applying the ancient Ayurvedic wisdom.
One of the most significant medicinal plants, Tinospora cordifolia (giloy), is used in the production of a key medication in the ayurvedic system. This herb has been used for ages in indian ayurvedic medicine to support immune system development and the body’s defense against
specific pathogenic organisms.
