Although neuropsychological tests are an excellent method for diagnosing mental illnesses, they are not always reliable and have additional drawbacks. Neuropsychologists investigate how the brain interacts with people’s ideas, feelings, and behaviors. A neuropsychologist could assist patients in adjusting to the changes in their personalities and way of life. or Patients may require assistance if they have difficulties speaking, moving, thinking critically, or other skills. However, there are drawbacks to neuropsychological testing. The main problem is that test results are virtually always inferences, which may not be accurate. Cost, accessibility, and adaptation to real-world circumstances are further problems. There are various Neurological techniques in which Some have definite advantages over others, while others have improbable drawbacks. In the upcoming 20 years, neurologists will create outcomes metrics that can precisely capture the financial impact of disability experienced by patients and their families. Researchers will identify and validate comprehensive measures of disability by shifting away from the focus on discrete events and isolated targets. In this special issue, we are inviting you to discuss all the advantages, disadvantages, and improvements of neurological techniques, roles, outcomes, and limitations, and a brief description of the term neurology for the international journal of Neurological nursing.
