This аnаlysis еvаluаtеs AI’s duаl rolе аs both cаtаlyst аnd chаllеngе within Indiа’s evolving рolicy lаndscаре, focusing on thrее domains: lеgislаtivе dеsign, рredictivе jurisрrudеncе, аnd rights-bаsеd govеrnаncе structurеs.

Gender equality is a fundamental human right and a critical prerequisite for sustainable social and economic development. Despite notable progress in recent decades, significant disparities persist worldwide, particularly in the social and economic domains. This paper explores the multifaceted nature of gender inequality, examining how structural, cultural, and institutional barriers continue to shape unequal access to resources, opportunities, and decision-making power. By analysing key sectors such as education, healthcare, labour markets, and political representation, the study highlights how gender disparities perpetuate intergenerational cycles of poverty, limit human capital development, and constrain economic growth.

One of the earliest Indian texts on statecraft, including the governance of a state, its economics, diplomacy, military strategy and ethics, is the Arthashastra attributed to Kautilya (Chanakaya), which was written around the 4th century BCE. Although commonly viewed through the prism of realism and the power and pragmatism, peace (shanti) is a strategic and ethical value of the text that ensures stability, prosperity (artha) and welfare (yogakshema) to the society.

This study examines measures to enhance digital education and technological advancement for the enrichment of tribal communities and life satisfaction in the Nilgiri district, Tamil Nadu. The research aims to assess the current state of digital education accessibility, identify challenges faced by tribal populations, and propose strategies to bridge the digital divide.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, online learning platforms have become an integral component of higher education systems worldwide. Digital platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Moodle, and Microsoft Teams have transformed the way students access educational content and interact with instructors. While these platforms offer advantages such as flexibility, accessibility, and diverse multimedia resources, their influence on students’ academic motivation remains a critical concern. The present study aims to assess the impact of online learning platforms on academic motivation among students studying in selected colleges of Greater Noida. A descriptive cross-sectional research design was adopted, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire that measured various dimensions of academic motivation, including interest in learning, engagement, self-discipline, and goal orientation.

Digital literacy is essential for inclusion and socioeconomic empowerment in the digital era. This study examines the digital literacy levels of the Oraon tribe in Jharkhand, with a focus on identifying skill gaps, demographic disparities, and barriers to digital access. A mixed-methods approach was employed to gather data from respondents in the Ranchi district, utilizing structured questionnaires and interviews.
