        Worldwide, cardiovascular diseases continue to be one of the leading causes of death. Despite innovative treatments, both pharmacological and interventional, CVD continues to progress, owing to an increase in the incidence of diseases such as diabetes and other well-established CV risk factors, but also to cumulative comorbidities and emerging risk factors (sleep disorders, chronic inflammation, psychiatric disorders, etc.)
