Resilience, Secular attitude and Forgiveness among indian men & women

The present study investigates the relationship among forgiveness, resilience, and secular attitude among adults living in Pune, India. The primary objectives of the study were to examine the interrelationship between these three variables, evaluate the influence of secular attitude on forgiveness and resilience, and identify differences based on gender and region. 113 adults were selected through a simple random sampling method and were assessed using the Bharathiar University Resilience Scale (BURS), the Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS), and the Secular Attitude Scale (SAS).

Predictive Analytics for Student Well-Being and Occupational Success

The integration of predictive analytics into higher education has significantly transformed institutional decision-making processes. However, prevailing implementations remain predominantly performance-centered, focusing on dropout prediction and grade forecasting rather than holistic developmental outcomes. Concurrently, higher education systems worldwide are confronting escalating concerns regarding student mental health, disengagement, career uncertainty, and labor market volatility. These intersecting challenges necessitate a broader theoretical reconceptualization of predictive analytics—one that integrates psychological well-being and long-term occupational success as central educational outcomes.

Integrated Polarimetric-Interferometric Fusion for Heterogeneous Urban Signature Extraction

Mapping heterogeneous urban environments using conventional Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) backscatter intensity frequently produces classification errors due to spectral similarity between sparse built-up features, bare soil, and dry vegetation a challenge especially acute in semi-arid Deccan Plateau settings.
