International Journal of Geriatric Nursing [2581-9062(e)] is a peer-reviewed hybrid open-access journal launched in 2015 that welcomes newly researched original manuscripts, about all aspects of aging. It focuses on the health care of elderly people and its aim is to promote health by preventing and treating diseases and disabilities in older adults. This Journal of Geriatric Nursing includes a wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the editorial board to ensure the quality review of the submitted manuscripts.

• Gerontological Nursing & Aging Science: theories and models of aging, biological, psychological, and social aspects of aging, age-related physiological changes and adaptation, nursing care of older adults across settings, person-centered and relationship-based nursing approaches, gerontological nursing competencies and skill development, and health promotion and wellness in aging populations
