    Special Issue Description

    Dear Collegues,

Parkinson's disease is a chronic condition that affects both the neurological system and the bodily components that are under the control of the nervous system. Symptoms emerge gradually. The initial sign could be a slight tremor in just one hand. Although tremors are typical, the disease might also make you stiff or move more slowly.

When developing medications and detecting techniques in their early stages, cell culture models that are now accessible are frequently a waste of time and money. The best cell culture models currently available are hanging drops containing tumor nodules or 3D monoculture of tumor nodules; nevertheless, the tumors in these models do not accurately reflect the disease since they have an inadequately replicated end.
