    Special Issue Description

    Dear Collegues,

Understanding anatomy is crucial for carrying out any kind of surgical or medical procedure and for comprehending the physiology and illnesses that affect animals. In veterinary dentistry, there is no distinction.
Studying oral anatomy enables veterinarians to perform any type of surgical procedure more swiftly and with less tissue damage, especially when extensive oral surgery is required.
Learning anatomy directly through surgical application makes it easier to understand. To help veterinarians with their dental procedures, this special issue invites articles focusing on the oral anatomy and physiology of animals.
