Special Issue Description
Dear Collegues,
Economic growth is said to be significantly influenced by energy, which is seen as a key agent in the creation of wealth. The improvement of living quality depends on energy as well. The government is in charge of creating conventional energy sources that can reasonably meet society's expanding energy needs.
The necessity for new sustainable energy supply choices that utilize renewable energies has been highlighted by the depletion of fossil fuel resources and the environmental issues they have brought about. Solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources, as well as bioenergy, are receiving continued focus for development and promotion. The development of various energy (renewable or nonrenewable) use across the globe is regulated by rising power consumption.
Fossil fuels are non-renewable sources that supplied 81% of the world's energy needs in 2017. However, there are certain drawbacks to their use, such as environmental contamination, and greenhouse gas emissions, and they are depleting more rapidly. Researchers must therefore put up a lot of effort to discover a substitute for fossil fuels that can still produce energy, such as solar energy.
0Numerous studies on solar energy have been conducted by researchers to raise living standards, lessen air pollution, and promote sustainability.
