        Special Issue Description

        This special issue focuses on the challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of robotics and automation in machine design and manufacturing. Robotics and automation technologies have the potential to significantly improve the efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility of manufacturing processes while reducing labor costs and improving worker safety. This special issue invites original research articles, reviews, and case studies that highlight the latest advances in robotics and automation technologies for machine design and manufacturing. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to share their latest findings and insights into the use of robotics and automation in machine design and manufacturing, to advance the state-of-the-art in this field.
