Special Issue Description
The study of DNA’s molecular structure, cellular functions, including replication, and role in determining an organism’s general makeup is known as molecular genetics. The majority of genes found in a cell’s DNA determine the order of amino acids in proteins; these genes’ RNA copies, known as messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules, ultimately control how proteins are made. As we all know, the genes we receive from our parents affect everything from IQ, behavioral patterns, and personality traits to height, eye color, hair color, and other physical characteristics. In addition to environmental factors, our genetic makeup also has an impact on who we are today. To find targeted therapies and cures for diverse genetic problems, molecular genetics is a crucial technique because it links mutations to genetic conditions. Applications for molecular biology techniques include the prevention and treatment of disease, the creation of new protein products, and the modification of plants and animals to produce desired phenotypic traits. We invite you to submit your research findings in this special issue, which focuses on Molecular genetics and child development.

Manuscript Submission information
Manuscripts should be submitted online via the manuscript Engine. Once you register on APID, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline.
All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the email address:[email protected] for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a Double-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for the submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page.
