Abstract

Purpose: We established new surgical approach (Hemorrhoidectomy by anal canal dilatation) for Grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid accompanied anal fissure.
Methods: We analyze the clinical result of this operation method.
Results: The average recovery rate with the technique used in the study was 95.8% compared with the Milligan-Morgan technique of 86.8%, and the postoperative analgesic use rate and duration of difficulty in defecation were also less.
Conclusion: These results suggest that new technique for Grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid accompanied anal fissure is very satisfactory rather than traditional methods.
