Renewing Your Subscription

Stay updated with the latest research by ensuring your STM Journals subscription is current. Renewing your subscription is quick and easy.

When to Renew

To avoid any disruption in your access, we recommend renewing your subscription at least 30 days before the expiration date. You can find your subscription expiration date in your account dashboard or on your latest subscription invoice.

How to Renew

We offer multiple convenient methods to renew your subscription:

Online Renewal

    Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.

    Select the subscription(s) you wish to renew.

    Click on "Renew Now" and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Renewal by Mail

    Download the Subscription Renewal Form.

    Fill in the required details.
  3. 3
    Mail the completed form along with your payment to: [email protected] 

Renewal by Phone

    Call our Subscription Services at +91-120-178-1211 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST, Monday through Saturday.

Subscription Renewal Reminders

We provide timely reminders to ensure you don't miss renewing your subscription.

Email Notifications

  • Initial Reminder : Sent 60 days before your subscription expires.
  • Follow-up Reminder : Sent 30 days before expiration.
  • Final Reminder : Sent on the day of expiration.

Ensure your email address is up-to-date in your account settings to receive these notifications.

Postal Reminders

If you prefer physical mail, we send:

  • Renewal Notices :  Mailed 45 days before expiration. 
  • Final Notices : Mailed on the expiration date.

Claims for Missing Issues

We strive to deliver every issue promptly. If you haven't received an issue, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Claims

  • Claims must be made within 6 months of the publication date.
  • Applicable for subscribers with active and fully paid subscriptions.
  • Not applicable for issues lost due to incorrect address information.

How to Submit a Claim

Online Claim Submission

    Log in to your STM Subscribers' Dashboard.

    Go to the "Ticket" section.

    Provide details for the missing issue(s).

    Submit your claim.

Claim by Email

Email us at [email protected] with:

  1. Your full name and subscription number.
  2. Journal title and missing issue details (volume, issue number)
  3. Current mailing address

Claim by Phone

  • Call +91-120-178-1211 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST.

Processing Time

  • Claims are processed within 5 business days.
  • Replacement issues are shipped via standard delivery.
  • International deliveries may take longer due to customs and postal services.

Can I renew multiple subscriptions at once?

Yes, you can select all subscriptions you wish to renew in the "My Subscriptions" section and renew them simultaneously.
