They need a reason, or “probable cause,” like speeding or a broken tail light. Let”s say you are speeding, the police do pull you over, and they do find drugs in your car. Rights that have been conferred by constitution are known as constitutional rights. Right to food, shelter, clothing, education, speak, to be heard, to vote if one is of 18 years or mor are some of the constitutional rights. Rights that have been conferred by legal statutes are know as legal right. Filing a suit in appropriate court of law or decision on jurisdiction is a legal right. | view |
