Abstract

Most organic chemistry compounds are widely used in the manufacture of medicines and antibiotics. Due to the spread of many epidemics that develop later as a result of not using appropriate antibiotics, these infections may develop in some tissues into carcinogenic tissues. Therefore, many researchers have developed a series of pharmaceutical compounds and developed the method of their connection with cyclic compounds. A series of chalcone derivatives has been presented here in our research and thiadiazole to be tested as biological compounds. Exploring and developing medicine is one of the first priorities in human life, so scientists and researchers in this field exhaust much of their energy and time to achieve this noble goal. What is new in this regard is the attempt to find a quantitative relationship between the medical effect and the structural composition of the drug, which is of great importance in terms of discovering a new drug or developing the performance of a previously known drug., There are many spectral measurements carried out to identification the prepared Component such as (FT-IR, H-NMR, C-NMR) – spectra, besides to other characterization like: flowing of reactions via TLC- technique and measurement of melting points, all these measurements and studies proved the accuracy and correctness of the synthesis of the prepared compounds in the study, which provided decent results for characterization of formatted compounds, in addition to cancer studies for some compounds.

Keywords: Chalcone, imine, thiadiazole, ,Aldol reaction, anticancer.
