Abstract

The commercialization of smart polymers in advanced composite structures represents a significant rise in material science, particularly for industrial applications. These smart polymers show unique properties such as self-healing, shape memory, & responsiveness to environmental disturbances, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. In this paper, the researcher explores the advancements in developing and applying smart polymers within composite structures, focusing on their potential. Revolutionize industries like atmosphere, civil infrastructure, biomedical engineering, & automotive manufacturing. Key challenges in the commercialization procedure with scalability, cost-effectiveness, & continuing durability. In this paper researcher examines current market movements, future forecasts, & the probable impact of these materials on sustainable development. Researchers do a complete analysis to provide insights into the practical integration of smart polymers into industrial applications, driving innovation & attractive performance in various sectors. A case study on the integration of smart polymers in aerospace composite structures involves a detailed analysis of specific aerospace where smart polymers were incorporated, examining the processes, challenges, outcomes, and the impact on performance, durability, & maintenance of the aerospace components.
